Day 2.
I found I was not very hungry yesterday after having a late lunch. Come bed time I was hungry thinking I would be awake I had something to eat late. Big mistake!
I didn’t sleep well.
Today I have eaten two meals before 6pm with no sweet cravings after eating. I am feeling much calmer.

My WHO - To become conscious And evolve, I am the Boss the one who calls the shots. My attitude to be present to the challenge of the eating and drinking challenge & beyond not to berate myself for my missteps but to learn and grow from being in action.
I became self conscious today of the food in my mouth whilst chewing and forgot how to breath with food in my mouth - had to stop - then realised I can do small chewing motions a lot easier. Lots of resistance from the mind chatter I managed to become conscious too.
