Day 1 and 2

What and why : who i am is vibrant health and an expanding human being
attitude : i am doing this chewing challenge for self love
day 1 : the mind chatter is more active today than usual and i had to redirect my attention several times away from the mind to the food that i am chewing and i just gulped down the soup an on autopilot.
day 2 : managed to chew the soup 40 times but it still feels unnatural to me and i also noticed when i am full after a meal and did things in a hurry like washing my hand and clean dishes in a, i would choke and by slowing down and be present, the choking disappears. very interesting
