Today's Email--Masterclass

Post by Majeed »

"The strait and narrow path is to distinguish the ACTIONS, the ATTITUDES, and the ATTENTION… and rein them in, one at a time."

I have that I am definitely entitled to get things right away or even sooner than I get them. I now see this in my attempt recently to set up some technical stuff for an email acct. The Jodie method will serve me well. Thank you Jodie.

Alright! So far this is what I'm thinking of:
The attitude: "Jodie’s method of ‘I am stupid…stupid opens the door to learning, curiosity, and a life‘." Would starting with working on distinguishing when I am not going by this attitude be a good way to go?
Or what about the practice of reining in ‘you shouldn’t have to do what it takes to get what you want‘
by catching when I'm going towards a quick win or automatic learning? As in, 'nope, not that shortcut.'

Even bringing the attitude to this challenge- I can be stupid here, right?

I can better see the 'Hurry' in my going for the quick win with a lot of things I buy.

It seems I'm looking for guidance to establish my restrictions, please. Thank you

I would start with distinguishing hurry... all ways hurry is, and all ways hurry isn't.
