Day 2

Reworking my who and why: Who I am is coming alive/present through discipline.
For some reason, eating in this particular way seemed more challenging on Day 2. However, I think I'm better able to see where the skill building is (like sticking with it). I have yet to eat around anyone which may be interesting if I was observed by another. Could be kind of funny.
Two things that I got present to are: 1) I noticed the 'hurry' you write about. hurrying to get through the meal. This I'm a little excited about. It's as if doing this practice is training me to have some say so in my health.
2) I noticed that I haven't been breathing fully while I'm eating. This likely means I've been breathing this way all my life- wow!
