My WHO -
WHO I am is that I can be generous and present to others.
The possibility of “Receiving for the sake of sharing”
Distinguish when I am present when I am not.
Be The one who calls the shots the “Boss” in my eating.
To become Alive with Joy , Good Health, in the years I have left to live.
A Contribution to life. I can do this.
My attitude is to learn from the failures look at them with compassion and carry on.

Day 4 -
I have noticed today my listening has improved. I am not interrupting the other to put my two cents in.
I am retaining more information from conversation my attention isn’t all on me.
I am also beginning to relax more into this eating style
It is becoming more of a habit. I also enjoy the experience of eating my food much more.

"Is It worth it”
To Have Good Health, Joy, Fulfilment, Generosity, Grace & Ease
I have found the latter part of the week in the challenge to be more confronting
and the chewing I was having no difficulty at the beginning of the week, All over the place.
I am confronted in lots of areas but I see this as my Strait & Narrow the opportunity
to keep going when I don’t see that I can, This is just something I say, Not the truth.
Being here to share & learn from others who are ahead me invaluable, and so supportive
I am at this point but I can also be over there too. Is a real possibility.
I didn’t believe it could happen but this challenge, Is showing me the way, Giving
me the actual thought I am able to actually move.
All the above "Good Health, Joy, Fulfilment, Generosity, Grace & Ease”
to have all those and be an expanding human in the process what more could ask for.

I noticed today, After eating how much happier my
Body feels, Content, Satisfied not looking for the next available thing I can eat later.
As if I would not survive if I didn’t know I could eat that morsel of food later. This is really taking me out of “survival mode” my main move. I am beginning to relax.
I am starting tasks and finishing them not going back to them later so much more gets done. Who knew !
But the biggest result is not being so reactive and let others talk, Being aware I don’t have to get involved in the conversation at all and still listen.

I have been not been present the last few days with my chewing & my attitude “ I know what I am doing” - well I don’t. I find it so easy to go into hiding and just shrink like a small child with my hands on my eyes.
Thank goodness for the videos they have woken me up to the hole I have dig for myself.
Re focused I am working on conversation for opportunity
