Day 3 and 4

Post by Kevin »

Day 3 : had a bad habit of stuffing myself too much at a time for me to chew and unwantingly swallowed a little bit of the food that had not been completely chewed into liquid, so i had stuff my self not too much at a time and rest my hand on my lap or my chair away from the spoon to avoid eating another spoonful of food that cause me to unwantingly swallow the unchewed food and i also find that help with mindfulness this way.

Day 4 : there are several times where i didn't manage to chew the soup at all and gulping it down on autopilot, i could see that i am making excuses to not chewing the soup at all because i don't have enough sleep today and would like to just avoid another uncomfortable feeling of chewing the soup and i could also see this is how i play small in life by making excuses to avoid life and play small.

possibility : ability to be patient and perservere, better self understanding by own observation, abundance and growth mindset, the ability to call the shots, enough energy to see far and wide.

opportunity : having more energy and mental clarity will definitely make me be more caring and loving person and better prepared when the world or people around who needs my help and the challenge could help me more with self love by not doing activity that is not serving and do things that is actually matter for my own growth and the ability to redirect my attention towards my emotions and observe it and not get jerked around by at which will results in feeling of wellness, it also chewing the food to liquid is very friendly to the digestion. this definitely the challenge that i am going to do for a very long time to remain well for the rest of my life. priceless.

Nice work, Kevin. I especially liked that you saw that how you find excuses here, you'll find excuses everywhere. Great catch, congratulations.

And I concur this is a practice that deserves to be a lifetime long. Thank you.
